What’s So Special About Our Epiphany Set?

If you’ve been following us on social media, you may have seen our recent post about the joy we had in completing a special Epiphany set. This project was a delightful departure from our usual offerings, and we are thrilled to share the story behind it.

Inspired by the idea of connecting the Christmas season and the period leading up to Lent, we used white and green fabrics. Traditionally, an ordinary time set is used for this period, but we wanted to reflect the significance of Epiphany with something special.

For this set, we chose our exquisite green Luther Rose brocade fabric, adding white elements to symbolize the purity and light of Christ. The result was a stunning, intricate set that added a special touch to the worship experience during this liturgical season.

We’re thinking of creating another set with our darker green Winchester fabric, paired with Venezia tapestry for the orphrey bands. The rich, deep green of the Winchester combined with the elegant, creamy tones of the Venezia tapestry would create a luxurious and sophisticated look.
